Comment:
I'm not one to generally write negative reviews, and I have to say although I haven't used it that much, I've enjoyed this printer for just over a year until I went to scan today. No matter what I did the printer would not scan and kept on spitting out a page filled with coloured lines all over it. After doing some research I found a link on the HP website http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Scanning-Faxing-and-Copying/hp-officejet-pro-8600-plus-does-not-scan-copy-correctly/td-p/1517577 with heaps of people with the same problem. After calling HP directly and going through all the things I had already done to try and alleviate the issue for over an hour nothing else could be done. She told me because it was a few month out of warranty, even though all the people in tech support are aware of the issue and that it's factory related they are not able to replace it. They could only offer me a discount on a new printer. Why would I want to purchase another printer from a company that won't take responsibility for an issue with their product. I don't recommend this printer, and I personally will never consider purchasing HP ever again.

Comment:
Good features. Worked great until you have to change ink. Then keeps getting clogged and you have to keep cleaning heads each time you print. I was going to get rid of this after I used up the $100 of ink I bought. Now I'm getting an error and can't getting it to work.

Comment:
No issues to report, I print close to 200 pages a day and printer has yet to have a paper feed jam. I print two sided and printer is quick to print. Scanning is simple. The HP link to print documents from anywhere is great. The cost of printing per page is relatively low. Purchased for $154 and this printer has restore my faith with HP.
