Do not waste your time with this product
If this product worked as it should, it would be an awesome product. However, I have wasted so much time and resources with this product. I have experienced:
- Constant Paper Jams
- Hard to clear paper jams (sometimes paper will wrap around one of the exit rollers in the printer then the paper seems to fuse to the roller or other part of the paper..those take a lot of time to clear!
- Incorrect printings (lines in print, missing colors in print)
- Slow response time
- Slow print time
- Crushing of paper
- Uses toner rapidly even when set to the ECO and the lowest DPI setting.

I am pretty technological savvy. Even after following the instructions and setting on this device, I still have no ends of trouble. I promise you that for every 10 pages I print, I lose anywhere between 4-6 to printer issues!

On top of that there is little to no support for this device. The manual, drivers, or updates can not be found on their website. They are listed, but you can't download them!

I would never purchase another one of these. I would only recommend this to anyone who is a glutton for headaches and problems!
How long have you owned it:
More than six months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
