I use a 12 inch flat pan, and 10 inch grill pan heavily since I've gotten them, both from Lodge. Easy to clean when done after eating meal, and they had time to cool down. Occasionally use a lid when needed. Threw out old pans since I bought them. They work awesome on gas stoves when several of my old pans didn't. The one above is next to be purchased to add to my growing collection.

I use mine almost daily for almost everything (e.g. saut., frying, etc.). I can stick it in the oven. I find taking care of my cast iron a blast. I own 3 different sizes of Lodge. Great companion to my wok. Love it!

Best non stick cookware ever.
Best Uses
I have done a lot to try to damage the cast iron pans I have, including using a steel brush in my drill and going to town on them removing the seasoning.<br />Cleaned them up, did one layer of seasoning and once the pan cooled down heated it back up and fried and egg and some fried rice without any sticking whatsoever.<br /><br />If you dont mind the maintenaince you cant beat Lodge Cast Iron.
