We bought this pan with very high hopes and a lot of cash. We have tried several other pans with ceramic nonstick technology and thought that they were just bad ceramic pans. We bought this based on the recommendations from this site.<br /><br />The pan felt good and worked great. The nonstick was amazing. <br /><br />After a few months it was like the ceramic coating just wore off!<br /><br />We actually did a comparison between the ceramic coated non stick pan and a cast iron pan frying eggs. <br />The egg stuck as if there was no oil in the pan. There was plenty. We cleaned the pan and tried it again. The egg stuck again and had to be scraped off.<br /><br />Amazingly enough, the cast iron out performed this very expensive pan. Added a little oil and it worked like a champ.<br /><br />I threw this very expensive pan away.

Frying And Sauteing
My favorite frying pan for most sauteing and frying. I use cast iron for certain frying but this pan is my overall favorite.
