Dana Keester is a Senior Test Project Leader on the Consumer Experience and Usability Research Team at Consumer Reports. They specialize in evaluating ergonomics, usability, and user experience of a wide variety of consumer products, including kitchen tools, baby gear, home office equipment, and health devices. Dana designs and leads studies that reflect how people use products in everyday life, providing practical, research-backed insights that inform CR’s product ratings and help consumers make safer, more comfortable, and more informed choices.
Dana is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) who holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they focused on human factors and ergonomics.
