Dana designs and leads studies that reflect how people use products in everyday life, providing practical, research-backed insights that inform CR’s product ratings and help consumers make safer, more comfortable, and more informed choices.

    Dana is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) who holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, where they focused on human factors and ergonomics.
