Dylan Jaff is a Policy Analyst at Consumer Reports, where he focuses on sustainability, climate change, and energy policy.
Before joining CR, he served as an associate for Environmental and Energy Consulting, where he developed and executed legislative, regulatory, and communications strategies for clean transportation, energy, and public health clients in California and other states.
Dylan previously served as a policy consultant and legislative aide for California state Senator Ben Hueso. He was also the senator’s District Representative in Chula Vista. He advised Sen. Hueso on issues such as climate change, natural resources, environmental quality, transportation, and healthcare.
Dylan is based in Sacramento. He has a BA in Economics and Political Science from San Diego State University.
