Keith Barry

Keith Barry is a senior writer and editor based at Consumer Reports’ Auto Test Center in Colchester, Conn. His work focuses on automotive technology, road safety, car dealerships, and the car-buying experience. He has a decade of experience reviewing cars and writing about the automotive industry, with a focus on safety and consumer concerns.

Prior to joining Consumer Reports, he developed outreach campaigns for a community health center, and led coverage of home appliances and cars at Reviewed, a division of USA Today. He has also written for Wired, Car & Driver, CityLab, Atlas Obscura, and other publications. Keith holds an undergraduate degree and an M.P.H. from Tufts University.
