As a Senior Research Associate at Consumer Reports, Tian Wang conducts research on a wide range of products, including major and small kitchen appliances, electronics, home appliances, and outdoor equipment. She also covers service ratings for industries such as broadband, travel, and retail.
Prior to CR, Tian served as a research assistant on a variety of social science studies at the William Monroe Trotter Institute and UMass Boston, employing her quantitative and qualitative skills.
Tian has a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, an M.A. in Arts Management from University at Buffalo, and an M.S. in Public Policy Analysis from UMass Boston.
