Details of the Besrey Twin Stroller Recall
The recall: Stiger is recalling 3,045 Besrey Twin Strollers. The model number is listed as BR-C708S on the stroller itself and BR-708S on its instructional literature. The strollers have gray and black fabric, black frames and wheels, and canopies. Some of them have a front grab bar covered in foam and black fabric printed with the brand name “Besrey.”
The risk: The strollers present multiple violations of stroller safety regulations, according to the CPSC. The front seat poses an entrapment hazard when in the front-facing position, and the restraint system and the stroller’s back seat pose fall hazards for children. For units that have a black front grab bar, the foam padding poses a choking hazard.
Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
Where and when sold: The strollers were sold exclusively online at Amazon from July 2018 through September 2023.
The remedy: Owners of this stroller should stop using it immediately and contact Stiger at stigerstg@outlook.com for information on how to obtain a refund.
