Charles G., AL (2015 Buick Enclave None 3.6-L V6)"Cold air pours out of all panel joints on the dash, glove box and gap under steering wheel. Particularly colder on passenger side. Very pronounced on highway at speed, requires blanket over knees at temperatures below freezing. Dealer tested twice, put in insulation behind the dash and declared all systems operating properly. No change. Factory told dealer no remediation possible, Helpful salesman helped us test all GM models using that platform and all exhibited that problem, even Cadillac! I was frustrated and using Gorilla adhesive tape, managed to seal panel seams and create flexible opening membranes, especially for the glove box. Problem is not entirely solved but tolerable. The Enclave is certainly not comfortable in freezing weather. The most hilarious part of this is that when I initially told the online Buick customer service rep about the problem here in the cold of Calgary weather, she stated that Sir, we can't predict where we sell our vehicles. That's when I fixed it myself, knowing I wasn't going to get anywhere with Buick."
Anonymous, AB (2015 Buick Enclave None 3.6-L V6)"air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Refrigerant was empty, but car showed no signs of a leak. Told they were not sure problem was solved and if it happens again, they would delve further into the issue."
Anonymous, (2015 Buick Enclave None 3.6-L V6)"Lost all refrigerant - routine repair and all is well"
Alex S., NJ (2015 Buick Enclave None 3.6-L V6)"We have had loss of refrigerant and had to recharge the system. We have not yet taken it in for servicing but have added refrigerant ourselves."
Clement N., FL (2015 Buick Enclave None 3.6-L V6)"Lost A/C due to hose leaks in 5/2019."

"The AC compressor failed under the Buick 50k bumper to bumper warranty. we noticed the air was not cool during the spring and we took it in for repair. Forgot warranty was 5 year 50k. What a pleasant surprise!"
