A wiring harness in the climate control system could overheat and catch fire
Kia Sorento Fire Recall Details
Vehicles recalled: Kia Sorento LX SUVs manufactured between Sept. 10, 2020, and Dec. 29, 2023.
The problem: A wiring harness may overheat and cause a fire.
The fix: Kia dealerships will replace the wiring harness and blower motor for free as soon as parts are available.
