Anonymous, ID (2011 Chevrolet Cruze ECO 1.4-L 4 Cyl turbo)"Repair shop installed incorrect high pressure coolant hose on first repair causing engine to overheat. On second repair(3days later) correct hose was installed incorrectly causing more leakage and overheating but this time cylinderhead was warped/cracked and needed to be replaced. Dealership(Travers) and repair shop owned by the same person. Go figure."

Lee G., IA (2011 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ 1.8-L 4 Cyl)"more nuisance though loss of coolant caused the car to be overheated twice (this is AFTER the turbocharge incident and so did not cause the turbo problems.) Cause was the use of cheap clamps causing slow leaks. With the 2nd leak, I replaced all single spring clamps with good screw-down constriction clamps. No hoses were bad or replaced - it was all the poor seal from using cheap thin-wire spring clamps."
