Anonymous, WI (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"Good handling and acceleration for a base version of this car."
Nathan H., IA (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"Sluggish acceleration rolls into corners Braking ok. Poor at handling bumps."
Anonymous, NY (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"There seems to be a catch or slip sometimes when accelerating"
Anonymous, MI (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"The acceleration is good considering the weight of the car & powerplant. Where this car truly shines is it's handling and brakes - outstanding, one of the best cars that I've owned or driven, and I've driven MANY, MANY cars in my lifetime."
Anonymous, FL (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"I had very little problem until I hit 65,000 miles. I had to replace the Mass air-flow filter. Car is back to running as good as ever."
Robert B., IN (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"Not very sure footed on very wet or slushy pavement. Acceleration is good and it handles well on dry pavement ."
Anonymous, WI (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"Reasonable acceleration. Good handling in normal driving."
Anonymous, CA (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"Acceleration is excellent with the V-6; handles well for a sedan."
Brian T., NC (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"It is powered by the 4 cylinder engine that performs like a turbocharged 6 cylinder. In over 200K miles I have had no engine problems."
Anonymous, NY (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"I love that when I hit the gas, the vehicle does not hesitate. It also has a small turning radius which helps in tight parking lots."
Catherine H., AR (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"The car provides all the power I need and handles very well"
Anonymous, OH (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"I feel confident in my control of the Malibu at speed."
Anonymous, NY (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"Engine control unit was reprogrammed, but still shifts unsatisfactory. Headliner too thin, sounds like you are in a tin shack when it rains. Lots of noise in suspension, handling only fair."
JOHN R., PA (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"It accelerates quickly --- very helpful when passing a slower-moving vehicle. It means I'm back in my lane, thus avoiding oncoming traffic."
I A., SK (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"Comfort and ride"
HEATHER C., AB (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"Great acceleration and fun to drive."
Anonymous, IL (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"One of the reasons I purchased this car is the good acceleration with a 4 cylinder engine and a 6 speed transmission"
Anonymous, NC (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"Acceleration hesitates and tachometer oscillates between 2000 and 3000 RPM when outside temperature is over 90 degrees. Have had this issue since I bought the car. Dealer could not recreate the issue but I have it every summer. From online forums, this seems to be a transmission software issue."
LOUIS S., MD (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)"Because I moved from a Buick to this nice Malibu I believe the handling on curves is not as easily done...the Buick turned on a dime...my Malibu turns on a quarter."
Anonymous, VA (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)
"It is close to the ground so you can feel the road better."
Anonymous, OH (2010 Chevrolet Malibu)
