What Owners Say
"Around 20,000kms the transmission would clunk in gear changes. I to.d the dealer when I serviced the vehicle. They dismissed it. Two services later I told them that the clunk is louder and not comfortable to drive. During that service (Dec 2019) they found metal in the transmission oil. While they said it was the first 10 speed transmission they had opened up, they grounded my vehicle for 3 weeks and ordered a new transmission. I was told that it would have some transmission lash for the first 500 kms. It was basically the same issues with the new transmission in the 500km range but it did not go away. I spoke to the Sales Manager and told him the story. He said he'd look into it. He did not get bacK to me. The vehicle is at 76000 km and the new transmission clunks and hits a hard shift frequently. The dealer gave me a Chevrolet Memo regarding the transmission lash. I spent a lot of money to get a sub par transmission. Otherwise this vehicle is awesome."

"Vehicle was shifting roughly, they found that the torque converter had failed and replaced it under warranty. It improved the shifting most of the time, but not always"
