Overall Owner Satisfaction

Consumer Reports’ Annual Owner Satisfaction Survey can improve the chances of finding a compatible car match. How? Our survey data reveals whether, all things considered, owners would buy the same car again. The answer to that question is what determines our owner-satisfaction rating, which is a powerful piece of intel because it predicts how well a particular model will satisfy other owners.

Anonymous, AR (2009 Chevrolet Traverse)

"I have leather seats, very comfortable due to 8 way adjustment. Noise is fairly subdued while driving. The ride is exceptional for a nearly ten year old car. Probably the best highway cruiser I ever had. Very stable and the all wheel drive worked extremely well when I lived up north before retirement. Great in the snow. Doesn't do much in Florida where I reside full time."

Bill H., FL (2009 Chevrolet Traverse)

"Love power seat"

Did you get what you wanted relative to the price you paid?

What Owners Say

"I got this SUV fully loaded so for the price I paid, it was a steal. Comfortably seats 7 but when you don't need that space, the seats easily fold away leaving you with lots of storage space. The in-car DVD system is great for my kids and those long trips. Gets better gas mileage on the highway but if you are using it for primarily city driving, it will be a big gas bill. Overall, we love our family SUV."

VICTOR R., TX (2009 Chevrolet Traverse)

"drives,tows well,seats eight comfortably"

Anonymous, OH (2009 Chevrolet Traverse)

"Size, performance, utility, plenty of room inside to haul almost anything, Bose system, a/c, reliable"

Anonymous, TX (2009 Chevrolet Traverse)

"We paid $2000 less than the asking price, used. This vehicle is a road warrior. We even get offers from strangers to buy it. Even the dealer rep who was driving it when we bought it, called to buy it back from us. My husband travels for work, long distance. It has more than paid for itself."

BETH M., TN (2009 Chevrolet Traverse)

"This car has been great for handling and economy both on the highway and in town."

Jack B., CA (2009 Chevrolet Traverse)
