"The 2015 vehicle was bought back by Ford Motor Company for inability to rectify a vibration and noise at 51 mph. They replaced it with a NEW 2016 model, which ended up doing the same thing. Florida Lemon Law is forcing them to buy it back. I am in negotiations now."

This option cames with the Track Pkg option. Buyer beware if you have a fat butt or are a large person. Manual adjustment only for the driver seat. None for the passenger. Passenger sits so low that the hood is not visible. Consider the more expensive option or replace the seats."

I have hit bottom a few times-I think it sits lower then my old one (too low) the seats do hold me in good-I like that. "I ordered this vehicle from the factory ($38000) and was very dissatisfied with the build quality. Problems with the driver side door closing properly (even though they saw what I meant, they said there was nothing wrong with it), the driver side mirror light broke/failed to work after a few months & the dealer charged me $800 to repair the a/c after a year of owning the car. It then failed the following year costing me an additional $2,200 to fix even though the car was only 1 year old when it first failed. The manufacturers warranty was expired due to the mileage on the car (for both repairs). The battery also failed at the 2 year mark and the dealer told me sometimes you just get a bad battery. OK, but maybe give me a discount other than only charging half of the diagnostic fee to determine why my car wouldn't start (they dropped the fee from $75 down to $35). And they charged $150 for the battery. The $500 "tire & windshield" extra insurance coverage I purchased at the dealer when I purchased the car refused to pay on claims on both windshield rock chip & 2 tires that blew out when I pulled to the side of the road (they said it wasn't a road hazard, the road was built that way - they refused to acknowledge that chunks of concrete had failed on the roadway causing sharp edges which were not visible while driving. Of course the details matter on this, so suffice it to say I believe this is just a scam to get more money and I would never recommend anyone purchasing an "extra" coverage. I didn't buy the extended warranty due to the mileage I was expecting to have to put on the car and I felt I should be able to have a car for 4 years without any major reliability issues. I feel the dealers were less than truthful, and shady like the stereotypical used car salesperson. In addition, the new car salesperson lied to me when I called and was on my way to pick up my new car. He did it because he knew I was nervous about the trade-in I had towed to the dealership. How do I know this? The same tow truck driver had to come to my house again later that year to tow another vehicle I had (I live in a small town) and we talked about the day I got my mustang. I was warned not to buy Ford by quite a few people. I thought they had a good reputation, but next time I am going to look at other manufacturers for my car. I would never buy a new car at Ford again - it was supposed to be an exciting experience, and it was wrought with disappointment. $38,000 may not be a lot of money for many people or to the dealership, but it was a huge amount for me. I will always steer people away from Ford and try to convince not to consider a Ford when buying a vehicle due to the unprofessional conduct of the new car salesperson, the poor build and quality of a new vehicle, the lack of professionalism and honesty of the service advisers at the dealership, and the general lack of disregard for a customer who bought a new vehicle from Ford."
