What Owners Say
"Screen freezes and connected audio stops playing when navigating through options. The head unit seems to have insufficient resources available"Anonymous, (2020 Honda Civic Sport 2.0-L 4 Cyl)
"The car is very new and almost immediately, it had issues where it did not recognize that my iPhone 6 was connected and told me that Apple CarPlay was not available. I tried replacing the cord that I used and it seemed to fix it temporarily but the issue keep happening. If I pick up the phone and start playing music, it usually plays through the system and the display will sometimes then show for Apple CarPlay but not always."Anonymous, (2020 Honda Civic EX 1.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
"Absolutely does not work. When I called the dealership, they were familiar with the problem and told me to not use it and simply add my most called numbers into the settings."Anonymous, OH (2020 Honda Civic LX 1.5-L 4 Cyl turbo)
