What Owners Say
"Display stopped responding about 2 weeks after purchase. Dealer identified the problem as an electrical connection that was too short and needed to be rerouted."
Anonymous, NC (2020 Honda Odyssey Elite 3.5-L V6)"This was a recall. Had been noticing the screen would go dark when in reverse. Received a recall from Honda. Some sort of programming update. Process took about 6 hours to complete. No current issues noted."
Anonymous, (2020 Honda Odyssey EX-L 3.5-L V6)"Static coming from the speakers, with or without radio on. Made multiple trips to dealer for repair. Spouse did a lot of on-line searches to assist technicians. Each time, van was kept for 8 hours. Final solution required approval from a factory rep which took another day. Problem has finally been resolved."

"The system would freeze up and become inoperable, this generally would reset but at one point needed to take it into the dealership. They never really resolved it as it was intermittent, but they most recently reloaded the software and it appears to be working better."
