    Hyundai Elantra Hybrid

    Latest Model

    2021 Model Redesign Year
The latest Elantra got a slightly roomier interior and a more sophisticated infotainment system. And the hybrid version is the pick of the litter, returning not only an impressive 48 mpg overall but also a smoother ride and quieter cabin than the regular model. Handling is nimble, aided by the independent rear suspension the hybrid has. Seat comfort is so-so unless buyers get the pricier Limited trim, and the car's low stance makes access awkward. The infotainment system is easy to use. A suite of active safety features is standard, including FCW, AEB with pedestrian detection, BSW, and RCTW.

    2021-Present

    2021 Model Redesign Year
The latest Elantra got a slightly roomier interior and a more sophisticated infotainment system. And the hybrid version is the pick of the litter, returning not only an impressive 48 mpg overall but also a smoother ride and quieter cabin the regular model. The standard engine is a 147-hp four-cylinder teamed with a continuously variable transmission, which together give quick acceleration and commendable fuel economy for the compact class. A sporty 276-hp turbo N model is also available. Handling is nimble, but the ride is overly firm and the engine gets noisy. Seat comfort is so-so unless buyers get the pricier Limited trim, and the car's low stance makes access awkward.
The infotainment system is easy to use. FCW, AEB with pedestrian detection, BSW, and RCTW are standard.
