    What Owners Say

    12V battery

"I bought this vehicle in April 2024. The battery died 2 months later. Dealer wanted to gouge me for almost $900. I fought them and they replaced it free."

Anonymous A., MD (2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)
    Other electrical system problem

"Car wont start. May be battery or alternator"

Anonymous, NC (2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 3.6-L V6)

"I bought my wrangler used in 2024. After a few months of ownership, the radio display went blank. Complete failure of the unit, which also controls climate, back up camera, systems settings etc. dealer did a software update. This was fine for a week or so and it happened again. This time I got it working again by pulling the fuse and putting it back in. As this kept happening again and again the radio was replaced twice in 4 months. Convinced this wrangler is plagued with an electrical issue I sold it. I had zero confidence the electric issue would ever be found."

Anonymous A., MD (2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)

    What Owners Say

Following directions exactly the process takes patience, brute force and tears, plus starting and turning off the car multiple times to complete the task. I have returned the vehicle to Jeep dealership who admits it is a difficult task but it can be done if car is positioned and allowed to roll slightly during the process. Very poor design and fatal flaw, probably would not buy this vehicle again""
