I consider this GPS system to be unreliable and have stopped using it having substituted WAZE and my iPhone and/or iPad TomTom map in lieu of this $2000 system. Lexus informs me that these problems may be fixed by purchasing an updated map for $380 but what if it still isn't better? The answer I get from my local Lexus dealer is that they haven't ever done that and maybe I should contact the corporate offices to inquire about a refund. With that in mind, I've decided to stay with WAZE. This is a disappointing feature of Lexus in an otherwise fine vehicle."
