"The navigation system has been a disaster since purchase of the car. It does not have some addresses that it should have. Worse, the routes it selects are poor, sometimes atrocious. I can not trust it."Anonymous, TX (2017 Lexus GS Unsure)
"too difficult to enter information in a timely basis. poor software design"Anonymous, AZ (2017 Lexus GS 350.0 3.5-L V6)
"On at least 3 occasions, the GPS did not recognize an existing address. At least 2 of these addresses had existed for many years. The GPS gave bad directions multiple times. We no longer trust it. Once, the GPS directed us off I-37, took us around a few blocks in various directions, and put us back on I-37. We were in this area for the first time and needed good directions. A few times, the GPS screen froze. A couple times, the GPS screen showed a target-like symbol. I have no idea what caused it to appear, and I could not make it go away. When I first noticed problems, I called the technology specialist at the dealer. He was patient and courteous and tried to help, but he could not figure out the cause and could not offer a solution. He sounded as if no one else had these problems, which I would find difficult to believe. Every GPS has shortcomings; but, in my limited experience, this one is ridiculously bad. It is so unreliable that we took a portable Garmin to guide us on our recent vacation."Wilfred A., TX (2017 Lexus GS)
