Anonymous, FL (2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve 2.7-L V6 turbo)"The heated steering wheel shorted out and failed which led to a parasitic drain on the battery. this led to inability to start the car. the steering wheel and column needed to be replaced. because of back order for the parts the vehicle was in the repair shop for a month. Working fine post repair."

"Moon roof drains plugged causing water leks inti car footwells during rains. Caost $2200 for dealer to unplug drains and replace moon roof seal (which probably didn't need replacement). If I had been smarter I could have cleared drains with a vacuum cleaner as I did on my F150 moon roof several months later as only a small amount of dirt in the top of the drain is the problem,"
