"The Mazda 6 with inline 4 is a great blend: there is plenty of power, I never feel the need for more, yet is very nice on gas, as well. If we had the 6 cylinder, the fuel penalty would outweigh the bit of extra oomph. Having driven Accords, Fusions, Camrys from 2013 (and more recent) for work, I'd say that the Mazda 6 is the best handler of the bunch. This was greatly improved when we switched to Pirelli P7's (a top pick in your tire test). That tire just matches really well with the chassis dynamics of this vehicle."

"Great seats compared to other "standard sized family cars" from five years ago. Five hours behind the wheel is no problem! Wind noise is a little higher than rental Camry and Accord I have used, but much of the other cabin noise was cured by switching to Pirelli P7's (from the loud OEM tires): made a HUGE difference in interior noise. The blend of comfortable ride quality and best handling in its class are huge pluses for this vehicle."
