Exhaust
Muffler, pipes, catalytic converter, exhaust manifold, heat shields, leaks.
We expect the 2025 GLC to be less reliable than other new cars. This prediction is based on the Mercedes-Benz brand score.
The Reliability score is based on our latest subscriber survey of 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC owners. The owner comments describe problems respondents experienced with this vehicle.
Muffler, pipes, catalytic converter, exhaust manifold, heat shields, leaks.
Paint (fading, chalking, peeling, or cracking), loose interior or exterior trim or moldings, rust.
"This is not a problem with paint or trim. Its a wear problem with the MB Tex. On drivers seat the finish seems to wear where I sit. Cleaning is not a solution,it seems to be in the finish on the seat bottom and bolster on left side. The seat belt is dirty as well and no cleaning fluid will restore the surfaces to a reasonable look."
