What Owners Say
"Center display freezes up and then goes through updating procedure and starts operating properly. Mostly the backup camera display."
Anonymous, SC (2017 Nissan Altima SL 3.5-L V6)"Periodically, the Display screen will freeze, go blank, and then reset itself. Sometimes it happens when I try to pair my phone or plug my phone in using the aux cord. I informed the dealership, and they were not able to fix it."
Alyson H., NV (2017 Nissan Altima SV 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"Entire nav system and audio unit was replaced about one week after delivery"
Anonymous, MN (2017 Nissan Altima SL 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"If I was driving or in the car the bluetooth function was o.k., but could retrieve messages left when I was away from the car."
Anonymous, VT (2017 Nissan Altima SV 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"Sometimes my phone won't function with the system, even when the system says my phone is paired. I have to delete my device from the system and then re-pair it. The dealership has not been able to fix this problem."
Alyson H., NV (2017 Nissan Altima SV 2.5-L 4 Cyl)"At times the machine does not understand the commands that are given to it and they have to be repeated up to four times. At times it does not understand the command and pulls up something that does not seem similar at all. This has occurred periodically since we purchased the car. We have not asked for this to be fixed. The dealership has been unable to fix the charging station plug ins so we assume that won't be able to do anything about this other issue. We can live with the inconvenience."
