It dies at red lights and once would not start at all when I got into the truck; HOWEVER, when I turn OFF the auto start/stop switch the truck seems to run fine, start, and not stall at red lights. The dealer thinks it's a problem with my computer system which they say will be corrected in a couple months when Ram comes out with an updated electrical/computer system they say they will install.""

    What Owners Say

    Driveshaft or axle

"There is a servo motor that engages the front driveshaft when needed. The servo motor constantly engages and disengages, making a distinct noise under the front drivetrain. The servo motor engages and disengages when the doors are opened or closed, when the hood or tailgate is opened or closed, or even when the dome light is turned on, all when the vehicle is fully off and no key is present. This unecessarily cycles the servo and will likely lead to premature failure. I will be repairing under warranty this winter when I can be without the truck for several days."
