When I took it to another garage for the NY State Inspection, they told me the rear brake pads were very thin. After the inspection, I took my car for a routine oil change and I told the people at Bill Kolb Jr. to check the brake pads, especially the rear axle. Again, these were "fine", but when I took it to the next oil change, the rear brake pads had worn out and damaged the rotors, which had to be replaced. Another reason I lost confidence in Bill Kolb Jr."
