    "Inconvenient and pricey to replace the transmission solenoid body ($3000). Known failure mode with this model of Subaru, and they extended the warranty to 100,000 miles, but mine failed at 113,000 miles, so I had to bear the cost and get a rental car for a couple days while the car was in the shop. Car ran fine with careful driving until I could get to the shop, and is driving perfectly find now."
