"automatic mode keeps switching between floor, dash, windshield, when it is not supposed to, always. Auto and manual, changing the temp control does not change the temp coming out of the vents, part of the time. Dealer could not find what was wrong. Not fixed."

"After week-long ice storm in February, there was a "grill shutter malfunction" that lit up all across my dash board. I took it to the dealership, which was automatically notified from my car to my Toyota phone app, and was told that this had occurred to many of this model. They made some adjustments and the warnings went off. They said it was safe to drive. 2 days later after a trip on freeways, it went off again. Same warnings, grille shutter malfunction, engine light, and call your Toyota dealer on my nav screen. Took it back to dealer. They said they would fix it by replacing parts. They're back-ordered and the 2nd of two parts still hasn't arrived. It's now May. The warnings got turned off, the car is drivable, but the warnings went off one more time. They stopped on their own, but I'm still waiting for the repair."
