It's a design flaw. Most mechanics have indicated that the front bumber must be removed to change out these bulbs. Apparently if you have very long thin fingers you may be able to do it without taking it off, but.... really???? :-) Other than that, the car has been good and I look forward to getting a Tesla Model 3 next."
