"All of the touch panel functions in this vehicle are confusing and difficult to use. The heater controls and memory features have a mind of their own. There is no simple way to change the climate as desired. It takes multiple swipes to change screens and get to the information on the display that you want to alter. It is slow to react and trying to adjust almost anything in the car requires patience and is very distracting while driving."

On one occasion the car restarted and drove normally after being put in park, turned off, and restarted. On the other occasion the car needed to sit for a couple of days before being driveable again and taken in to service. There was no warning or other indication of problems prior to going into limp mode; once was on the highway which became a safety concern, the other time was driving in town."
