I have only used it for one season and the primer bulb already broke. Throttle sticks and the thing wont run unless on full throttle. It simply will not idle. I will never buy another weed eater product ever again. Garbage!!!!

Comment:
I now have three of these all with engines that seized during the second season of use. The same 32:1 mix used in my (different brand) chain saw & leaf blower . They are cheap, lightweight, & work great for one season. The carburetor then leans out so you have to run it half choked & it will then seize the engine if run full throttle. I have three Weed Eater string trimmers and one leaf blower all with seized engines. They work great, but purchase the extended exchange warranty! Unfortunately I didn't.

Comment:
As long as you follow directions, it starts first time, every time. Frankly, that's the most important feature to me. The starter cord recoil broke after 3 years of light use which basically means that you must replace the entire trimmer. Lawnmower/trimmer repair won't touch it for under $100. So there you go. The part is an $8 part but the instructions to replace it are daunting. Love the trimmer though.
