    Recession not hurting our taste for wine

    Wine consumption is up, despite the economic downturn, according to research compiled by the International Wine & Spirit Record. The U.S. is expected to dominate global wine demand within the next three years as drinking habits shift increasingly towards spirit and vintages, says research.
