    A single night of partial sleep deprivation slashed the activity level of natural killer cells by a third, a study found. If you sleep less than seven to eight hours a night or feel tired during the day, change your sleep habits by avoiding naps, reserving your bed only for sleep and sex, and limiting your liquid intake for a few hours before bedtime.
