Have a happy—and safe—4th of July.

The 4th of July holiday is just over a week away. Enhance your Independence Day celebration with the advice below.

Spruce up your outdoor space. With Independence Day falling on a Sunday, take the time on Saturday to clean or repair your deck and replace or refurbish outdoor-furniture cushions. When you've got more time, consider these low-cost yard makeovers.
