D&D Distributing-Wholesale, a Washington State company, is recalling 19,000 Love Tester/Are You in the Mood? mood rings and 4,000 necklaces for high levels of lead. The jewelry was made in China and sold in small stores from September 2005 through June 2010.

Lead can be toxic to young children if ingested, and can cause a range of health problems. Take the jewelry away from children immediately and return it to the store where it was purchased for a refund or replacement. You can also contact the company at (800) 262-9435 or www.dddist.com.
