CES 2011: Samsung's Smarter Life devices provide a better connected experience

Consumer Reports News: January 06, 2011 09:15 AM

At CES 2010, electronics giant Samsung introduced its "Smarter Life" family of products, which are designed to link via apps and the Web to give consumers a better and more connected user experience. Consumer Reports' senior electronics editor Mike Gikas got some hands-on time with several of the innovative devices Samsung is unveiling at this year's show.

Among them are new thin-bezel TVS that look like they're floating in air; a new model of the Samsung Galaxy Tab with a slideout keyboard; and the Infuse 4G phone, with a whopping 4.5-inch screen, the largest we've seen on a phone.

Take a look at our video to see these products in action at the show, and check back for more breaking news in connected devices.
