The Consumer Reports bracket-style Moto Madness drivers' choice challenge has entered the quarterfinals, with voters culling the original 32 vehicles down to eight. There remains one pairing in each of the four categories: sporty cars, SUVs and trucks, practical cars, and performance sedans. The winners of this next round, ending March 28th, will advance in the race to be named Moto Madness champion.
The action takes place on a free March Madness-inspired microsite. With just a few quick clicks, participants can select their favorites among the remaining pair in a category, then move on to the next group.
To help in making the selections, each vehicle links to a "see details of this matchup" where a basic description of the pair is offered, along with a link to even more information.
The votes can be shared via Twitter and Facebook, and the whole Moto Madness can be shared with Stumbleupon and Reddit.

As the online competition advances, we're seeing winners claim a bracket with much small margins than when the madness first began. In fact, if you look in the SUVs categories, the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Land Rover Ranger Rover both claimed 50 percent of the vote (with the stats rounded), though looking at the specific votes, we see a 37 vote advantage to the Land Rover. That's close!

How will the quarterfinals shake out? It is hard for us to predict. Truly the outcome depends on you.
