Roku today unveiled its least expensive product yet: the Roku LT, a streaming-media set-top box priced at $49. The Roku LT has built-in wireless and will stream video in 720p. It will have access to over 300 channels, including Netflix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Instant Video, Pandora, and Disney—but not to Roku's casual-games offerings, which require Bluetooth connectivity for the game controller.
Roku is also adding HBO Go as a new channel. HBO Go is a service from the cable programming provider that lets subscribers access over 1,400 shows and movies on demand, on connected devices.
