Want some new ideas on where to go when you want to go out? Facebook has rolled out a new feature called Suggested Events that recommends happenings just for you.
It bubbles up events "at venues you've checked in to, that friends are RSVP'd to, that are hosted by Pages you Like, or a combination of those things," according to TechCrunch. Facebook says the feature also takes into account the music you listen to through the Open Graph app.
Of course, not every event will be right for you. I won't be attending my nephew's friend's beer-drinking-and-ping-pong bash tonight, for example (not that I was actually invited!).
You can view Suggested Events on your Facebook account now by heading to this link or click on the Events bookmark on your homepage; Suggested Events will appear as a sub-tab.
