AT&T said it will carry the HTC Titan II, a Windows Phone 7 smart phone with a 4.7-inch LCD display, in "coming months." The Titan has a 16-megapixel camera—the highest resolution we've seen on a phone--with an f/2.6 wide-angle lens that can capture HD video at 720P.
The Titan also provides easy access to the latest movies and TV shows via HTC Watch. The phone will run on AT&T's fledgling 4G LTE data network. It uses Qualcomm's 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S2 processor.
Like the iPhone 4, 4S and several Android phones, the camera features a backside-illuminated sensor that should help it take better pictures under low-light conditions.
Camera features include panoramic shot for sweeping landscapes and burst shot for action photography, red eye reduction, and image stabilization. There's also a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera to facilitate video chats
We'll have more on the Titan II as details unfold.
