This week, Consumer Reports' 2012 Top Picks, automaker report cards, and other key findings from the Annual Auto Issue were announced at a press conference hosted by the Washington Automotive Press Association (WAPA) at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. Consumer Reports Auto Editor Rik Paul and Sr. Director of Auto Testing David Champion presented the findings and responded to inquiries from the media.
