    Detailed Test Results

    This phone has excellent voice quality when talking; very good when listening. We found this phone's ease of use to be good. Can conference handset to handset, as well as with an outside line.

    Phone features include call blocking for nuisance callers, a lighted keypad, which is essential if using the phone in a dark room, auto talk (allowing you to answer a call by simply lifting the phone out of the base), any-key answer, a voice-mail indicator, chain dialing, helpful if you frequently use calling cards, and multilingual menus. To save energy and extend battery life, the phone automatically reduces radio power when its base is nearby.

    On the downside, phone lacks a headset jack, which is a useful feature for hands-free operation.
