This phone has excellent voice quality when talking and listening. We found its ease of use to be good.
Phone features include a lighted keypad (which is essential in a dark room), any-key answer, a voice-mail indicator, multilingual menus, and chain dialing (helpful if you frequently use calling cards). It's Energy Star compliant.
On the downside, phone lacks auto talk and a headset jack, which is a useful feature for hands-free operation.
