Treble, which may include cymbals or the upper range of violins, is fairly extended, but it is somewhat smeared, a bit subdued and sizzly. Does a not so good job of recovering room ambience. The soundfield extends a bit above, and not much to the sides of the speakers. Volume is enough to fill a small sized room. If you choose to pair this speaker with another, the stereo set can be placed to provide better separation than other models.
