Sound Quality: Overall, we found the speaker delivers middling sound quality. Expect some distortions or other audio issues. The bass, which covers instruments such as bass drums, bass guitars, or stand-up bass, has good impact but deep bass is lacking. Midrange, such as guitars, horns, and voices from music or podcasts, is somewhat hazy, a bit grainy, a touch congested and sibilant. Treble, which may include cymbals or the upper range of violins, is extended, but it is smeared and sizzly, a bit prominent. Does a not so good job of recovering room ambience. The soundfield extends a bit above, and not much to the sides of the speakers, and while individual instruments and voices are identifiable, they only have a two dimensional quality. Volume is enough to fill a medium sized room. If you choose to pair this speaker with another, the stereo set can be placed to provide better separation than other models.
