Sound Quality: Overall, we found the speaker delivers middling sound quality. Expect some distortions or other audio issues. The bass, which covers instruments such as bass drums, bass guitars, or stand-up bass, has good impact but deep bass is lacking, and it is a bit boomy. Midrange, such as guitars, horns, and voices from music or podcasts, is somewhat grainy, hazy, congested. Treble, which may include cymbals or the upper range of violins, is smeared, somewhat subdued. Does a so-so job of recovering room ambience. The soundfield extends a bit above, and not much to the sides of the speakers, and while individual instruments and voices are identifiable, they only have a two dimensional quality. Volume is enough to fill a small to medium sized room. If you choose to pair this speaker with another, the stereo set can be placed to provide better separation than other models.
