Sound quality: Klipsch's Vegas had very good overall sound quality - although it has some noticeable sonic quirks, this model reproduces music and dialog very well. The bass has good impact and goes deep but is a bit prominent and boomy. Midrange is fairly even but is a bit congested and somewhat grainy. Treble is fairly extended but is a bit sizzly and smeared. Does a decent job of recovering room ambience but is a bit congested. The monophonic soundfield doesn't extend much above and to the sides of the speaker enclosure. Individual instruments and voices are identifiable and have a two dimensional.
Volume:
Provides a decent volume level in a large size room.
