Sound Quality: Overall, we found the speaker delivers middling sound quality. Expect some distortions or other audio issues. The bass, which covers instruments such as bass drums, bass guitars, or stand-up bass, has decent impact but deep bass is lacking, and it is a touch subdued and boomy. Midrange, such as guitars, horns, and voices from music or podcasts, is fairly even, but it is somewhat hazy, a bit grainy and congested. Treble, which may include cymbals or the upper range of violins, is fairly extended, but it is somewhat smeared and sizzly, a bit prominent. Does a so-so job of recovering room ambience. The soundfield extends somewhat above and to the sides of the speakers, and while individual instruments and voices are identifiable, they only have a two dimensional quality. Volume is enough to fill a medium sized room.
